To qualify:

  • Provide a clear photo of the damaged item and packaging.

🔄 Wrong Item or Printing Error

If you receive the wrong item or there’s a print mistake, let us know and we’ll fix it. Mistakes happen, we’ve got your back.

🚚 Lost or Missing Orders

If your package hasn’t arrived within the expected time:

  • First check your tracking number.

  • Then contact us if it's missing after 7 days past the estimated delivery.
